Former co-defendant to testify in kidnap case: Our favorite kidnapping and ex-boyfriend torturing beauty queen is back in the news again. It seems that one of Kumari Fulbright’s cohorts, Larry Hammond, is going to drop the dime as they say on Ms. Fulbright. Hammond pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon which carries a sentence of 2-9 years.
